Calligraphy
I discovered calligraphy thanks to my late friend Ernst Vollmer (The author of the book "Kalligraphie"). As an painter and artist, I was intrigued by the idea to master a line like a calligrapher. Hence, I like to use elements of writing in my pictures. In recent years, I penned a number of large foils with Edding markers and acrylic paint.

Furrer ME Boden, Schiller
The plastic layers with calligraphy lettering decorated the Main Echo building in 2005. Even the floor was part of the installation. The idea behind: in a democracy we stand with both our feet on the power of a free press.
Tableaux Linea Colorada
In recent years I invented objects that melt painting, lettering und sculpture. I call those works tableaux. Pablo Neruda´s poem : linea colorada is an example of those works.
